There seems to be instances where coils will start to drip condensate off the coil and completely miss the drain pan.

Here are some things to verify...

• Static Pressure - Verify Total static and supply static
• Coil alignment on pan - Make sure coil hasn't shifted
• Dirty coils - Clean coil with evaporator coil cleaner. Try using cal-shield (nucalgon) after they cleaned the coil and it helped.
