MOLD- A fungus that produces growth on numerous types of damp or decaying organic matter.

MOLD- Grows where it is cool and dark and where the area continues to stay wet.

MOLD- Spores that can be carried through the air with dust and other particulates.

MOLD- Cannot grow on substances, such as clean metal and clean plastic.

HOW TO AVOID MOLD AND MILDEW GROWTH

• Inspect and clean all filters periodically.
• Inspect and clean all coils periodically.
• Properly seal all penetration holes.
• Properly wrap all pipes that  condensate.

Basic maintenance procedures will be found in all OPERATION MANUALS.
