Error Details:

While running the compressor, if the detected rotor location is out of phase with the actual rotor location more than 90 degrees the compressor stops. After the compressor restarts, if the same operation is repeated within 40 seconds, the compressor stops again. If this operation repeats 5 times then the compressor will and the unit will lock out.

Compressor Control / Compressor Location Error Troubleshooting Checklist

This is a re-settable error code, always cycle power off to the disconnect for a full 5 minutes first to see if error code goes away.
If error code reappears cycle power back off to the disconnect.
Ohm the compressor windings out.
Make sure none of the compressor wires are burnt up or pinched.
Ohm the condenser fan motor out to make sure the motor windings are intact. See Outdoor Fan Motor Test , Fujitsu Compressor Test
If compressor and fan motor windings ohm within spec, replace the Main Control board, ACTPM and IPM. (If separate from Main Control board.
