Check-run Unfinished Error Troubleshooting Checklist
- Begin by going to each indoor unit and powering them down with the remote or wired remotes first.
- Once all indoor units have been powered down by remote proceed to then remove power to the outdoor disconnect for at least 5 minutes. Also, turn off power to the branch boxes and turn them back on within 1 minute of each other.
- After 5 minutes, turn the power back on to the disconnect.
- Initialize the Check-run procedure once again and normal operation should resume. For instructions on how to initialize the Check-run see attached Check-run Procedure. Make sure no indoor units are turned on or settings changed during the Check-run process as this will undo the Check-run and would need to be started from the beginning again.
