FUJITSU NEXT TECH - New! (Replaces Fujitsu Tech 101) - Fujitsu Next Tech is a brand-new course, with a new look. The 4 modules of the course cover the new “H” series equipment, application, installation, function settings, system components, troubleshooting and system service. It covers the selection and application of the products. The course contains content for a contracting company’s: technicians, installers, and salespeople. They will see how to make use of the controls and IO functions to help solve customers’ comfort problems. Technicians will learn how to troubleshoot indoor and outdoor components and how to handle field service issues.

ELECTRONIC TESTING AND SYSTEMS DIAGNOSTICS (ETSD) - The ETSD course consists of several modules that can be taught as a full day class or individually. Course is a deep dive into electrical troubleshooting of H-Series mini-split systems. Indoor head teardown module may be still instructed if the required equipment is available to you. Equipment is no longer supplied by Fujitsu. Intermediate

Fujitsu Training Academy (FTA) Fujitsu hosts our primary Fujitsu Training Academy facility in our corporate location in NJ. There are a growing number of Regional Distributor hosted FTA Facilities as well. Fujitsu Training Academy facilities provide contractors advanced technical training along with hands-on experiences in our training lab spaces. The courses are designed for seasoned contractors who have already installed and serviced Fujitsu or other brands of mini-split and VRF equipment. Traditional gas furnace training and traditional ducted variable speed inverter training will soon be available at Fujitsu factory FTA facilities.

APPLICATION, SERVICE & DIAGNOSTICS COURSE - Advanced 2 Day training course (16 hours) with many Hands-On labs. In Depth coverage of system operation and function. Learn why the equipment does what it does and how to diagnose problems. Material covers single zone and multi through 45K. Includes learning labs as well as service call type system diagnostics labs. Available only in select Fujitsu Training Academy Locations 2-day training fee = $399 (Only available as a 2-day course) Fujitsu Online Learning Academy Taking Online Learning to a new level! The Online Learning Academy has more courses, new content and a great user interface. Course completion earns a Training Certificate (pdf) as well as points for improved ranking and Elite status in our Contractor Locator and warranty programs. HVAC EDUCATION PROGRAM (Annual Subscription) - Contractors now have access to traditional HVAC training programs with a top-quality subscription training program. Annual Subscription fee provides access to all the courses for one year. An initial skills assessment course helps establish the best place to start learning.
