New CSD-1 requirements in the Skilled Trades Regulation Act 

MIACCA would also like to bring your attention to the Skilled Trades Regulation Act Rule 206(2), R 339.5206(2); where it now requires CSD-1 reports to be signed and must include the license  number and heating service classification of the mechanical contractor who is performing the CSD-1; as it is the boiler owner's responsibility to ensure the CSD-1 is conducted by an individual with a valid mechanical contractor's license.
