The ICM head pressure control is used to maintain the high pressure side of a refrigeration system during low ambient conditions. ICM monitors coil temperature and try's to maintain a temperature between 70-100 degrees. This allows standard cooling operation when out temps are typically too cold.
Where used:
-Anytime Cooling will be needed when its cold outside
-Grow facility units
Attached are the manuals for the ICM326 and also for the Goodman LAKT01 which has better wiring diagrams to follow. Be sure ALL connection are tight, especially those that are in wire nuts. Use terminals and butt connectors where possible.
Issues we have seen:
ICM 326 module burned up and blew breaker: Found the thermostat to be short cycling the unit really bad. After the new thermostat was installed we had normal operation.
