Fujitsu VRF units will handle delta and wye configurations with no issue. 

Voltage: 414 to 506 VAC

460V 3PH +/- 10% - This is typically found in the Wye configuration

480V 3PH +/- 10% - This is typically found in the Delta Configuration

Verify voltage being delivered- Make sure in the 414-506V range before flipping the disconnect
