Panasonic ERV Static Pressure Adjustment

After installing the Panasonic FV-10VEC2 you will need to adjust the the dampers in the unit to make sure whole home pressure is set correctly. Typically we want a little more intake than we do exhaust. This helps to maintain a positive pressure in the house to keep out dirt and other things. Take the following steps below.

 

Gather Tools:

1- Magnahelic Gauge or Manometer (Differential Works Best)

1- Manometer Tubing For both sides

 

 

Now you will need look below and adjust to make these numbers come out.

 

1. Attach Tubing to Manometer

2. Zero Out Manometer

3. Stick In Tubing and Take Measurements

 

Stick the tubing into the places indicated. Then read your measurement.
