Fujitsu has minimum heat options. This basically means that the units have the ability to be set to 50° and heating mode. Typically the thermostat will only allow you to go down to 64°. This feature is only available on certain units. So you will have to read the feature list and make sure that the unit has it. Where the confusion has been coming in is for multi-zone units. Multi-Zone units with the lpas suffix do you have the feature available. They do not have it on the remote that comes with the unit however. So if you have a customer that needs to use the minimum heat option on a multi-zone unit, you will have to have them get the Wi-Fi adapter along with the air stage mobile app. In the app, the option will come up as a selectable option for the unit.
